Truly, originally hailing from Thailand, spent the majority of her formative years in New York before relocating to Maryland.  A serial entrepreneur renowned for her exceptional talents in hair care and personal development, she has consistently transformed lives through her work. As a master stylist, Milan adeptly resolves hair challenges, elevating her clients' tresses while imparting knowledge to her team and clientele.  By the age of 19, she had already established three salons, and by 23, she closed all three without hesitation.  Currently, she owns two salons and is ambitiously planning a third in Maryland, with aspirations for further expansion across states by the end of 2027.  In addition to her salon ventures, Milan serves as the host and producer of "The Beauty Box Show" on Bowie TV and is set to star in her reality series "Hair Healing," premiering in mid-2025. She also founded the "Promise Kept" natural hair care line, which addresses various skin disorders and promotes hair restoration, authored "Struggle Has No Grip," and created the S.B.B. women's support group. A licensed real estate agent in Maryland and DC, she is a dedicated mother of four young adults and a grandmother, embodying a commitment to reinvesting in her team to passion within her brand.​    ​​
